This is not the kind of place where most visitors simply drive up, park, and walk in. Nasog Beach is best accessible by boat and the boat ride is part of the experience. Head to Alegria, also known locally as Kalipayan, which serves as the jump-off point for a banca going to Nasog Beach. Travel time by boat is around 30 to 40 minutes, depending on sea conditions.
Along the way, you will pass other beautiful coastal spots including Tuburan Cove and Ariel’s Point before reaching Nasog Beach/Nasog Point.
If you are visiting for the first time, it is best to check the weather before going. Sea conditions can affect boat travel, and calm waters will make the whole experience much better.
